'FILIPINOS have a reason to celebrate today,' a spokesman for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) said on Wednesday, a day after the Philippines completed its resupply mission at the Ayungin Shoal.

'Let us all pray for their safe voyage back,' Col.Medel Aguilar said.
