THE British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (BCCP) is organizing its seventh Property Matters event, titled 'The future of real estate: Innovations and opportunities,' at Dusit Thani, Makati City on Thursday, August 24 at 6 p.m.
With various industry experts, the BCCP event will serve as an opportunity to highlight the real estate market outlook, the impact of data dentures, property technology, sustainability, tourism and overall investment opportunities. This year, the British Chamber's seventh Property Matters forum sponsors are Santos Knight Frank, JLL Philippines, Alveo Land and Colliers Philippines.
'The real estate sector plays a vital role in driving economic growth. I believe that the seventh Property Matters forum is a great opportunity to highlight the future of real estate and how it is continuing its momentum with innovation, digitalization and sustainability,' says BCCP Executive Director and trustee Chris Nelson.
Further, there will be a presentation of the Philippine real estate market outlook for 2023 to 2024, discussing residential and commercial sectors. It will be presented by Joey Roy Bondoc, associate director of Colliers Philippines.
On the other hand, Santos Knight Frank will focus on '(Y)our Space 2023' and Cresa's flagship research campaign on the future of work, workplace dynamics and corporate real estate. It will also delve into the strategies, portfolio transformation and reimagining spaces in corporate real estate.
Other topics involve investment and property technology, artificial intelligence in real estate, and more investment opportunities for businesses and real estate stakeholders.
