FORMER deputy speaker and congressman Jose "Lito" Atienza said Monday that the late president Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. was not behind the deadly Plaza Miranda Bombing 52 years ago.
During Monday's Pandesal Forum at the Kamuning Bakery Café in Quezon City, Atienza, a survivor, made the statement as he recalled the political event in Quiapo, Manila.
