FARMERS' groups have mixed views on the government's support of a review of the Rice Tariffication Law (RTL) or Republic Act 11203, amid price hikes and export bans on the commodity.
Agriculture Assistant Secretary and spokesman Rex Estoperez has said that President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., the concurrent Agriculture chief, backs a review of the RTL.
