Sta. Lucia Land profit rises to P2.15 billion

STA. Lucia Land Inc. posted a net income of P2.15 billion in the first half of 2023, up from P1.95 billion a year earlier due to higher revenues from real estate deals, rental income, and interest gains.

The company said revenues also grew to 5.84 billion from P5.23 billion.
