ZAMBOANGA CITY: Local Muslim militants allied with the Islamic State launched simultaneous attacks anew against the former rebel group Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in the restive southern province of Maguindanao.
The Middle East Media Research Institute (Memri) which monitors, tracks, translates, researches, and analyzes cyber jihad originating from the Middle East, Iran, South Asia, and North and West Africa reported the attack was mounted by fighters of the Islamic State East Asia Province (Iseap).
