DTI, Ilocos Sur launch first OTOP Hub in Vigan City

VIGAN CITY: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) here has launched the One Ilocos Sur One-Town-One-Product (OTOP) Hub, the first in the province.

Located on the ground floor of the Provincial Farmers Livelihood, the One Ilocos Sur OTOP Hub showcases homegrown products such as abel-iluko, handicrafts, the prized Ilocos Sur robusta coffee and local food products, among others, coming from the two cities and 32 municipalities of the province.
