Pagasa monitors cloud clusters

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is closely monitoring cloud clusters spotted inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility which may develop into a low pressure area.

However, the cloud formations east of Mindanao may dissipate in the coming days, weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said.
