ROS closes Jones Cup with 54-point beating from UC Irvine

Rain or Shine stumbled through another bad start, leading to a 115-61 beating at the hands of US NCAA Division 1 squad UC Irvine to close its Williams Jones Cup campaign on a losing note on Sunday, Aug. 20 at the Taipei Heping Gymnasium.

A cold-shooting night that saw the Elasto Painters shoot 1-of-20 in the opening quarter, including 10 missed attempts from three-point zone practically sealed their doom as the collegiate American squad sped off to a 26-6 start.
