THREE members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) and three New People's Army (NPA) communist rebels surrendered to the authorities in Sultan Kudarat province, police officials announced on Friday, August 18.
Sultan Kudarat provincial police director Col. Christopher Bermudez said he welcomed on Thursday the surrender of the three BIFF members under the Karialan faction who turned in an improvised explosive device and a Carbine rifle during their surrender in Isulan town.
