MAYOR Timothy Joseph Cayton of Dupax del Norte town in Nueva Vizcaya province was awarded Outstanding Local Chief Executive (LCE) of the Philippines during the 2023 Gawad Parangal Awarding Ceremony at the SMX Convention Center in Lanang, Davao City on Tuesday, August 15.

Mayor Cayton received a Plaque of Recognition after being named outstanding LCE for Luzon Island's first- to third-class municipality category for his numerous positive impacts on the lives of his constituents through his innovative and signature programs, many of which can only be found in his municipality.
