TIME seemed to stop for Tatung Sarthou — a celebrity chef, restaurateur and award-winning cookbook author — when he was asked by global brand Skippy to create celebration dishes for them.
As a kid, one of chef Tatung's favorite snacks was sliced bananas or guava jelly paired with Skippy peanut butter. It brought back happy memories of his school years and of him sharing sandwiches with his school friends.
