(UPDATE) A CONSTRUCTION worker died and three others were injured when a wall inside the Quezon City Hall collapsed late Thursday night, a city official confirmed on Friday.
Engelbert Apostol, chief of the Public Affairs and Information Service Department, told The Manila Times that the incident occurred at 10:09 p.m., at a construction site in the Civic Center B Building.
