Teacher knifed dead 16 times

BACOLOD CITY: A teacher at Binalbagan Catholic College (BCC) in Negros Occidental was found dead near his boarding house in Barangay San Pedro, Binalbagan, around 3 a.m. on Thursday, August 17.

Maj. Randy Babor, Binalbagan police chief, identified the victim as 51-year-old Tony Lazaga of Barangay 35, Bacolod City.
