THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) called on local government units (LGUs) to support the government's Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) that aims to help former rebels and extremists reintegrate with mainstream society.
DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. said there is a need to strengthen the capacity of LGUs as one of the lead implementers of E-CLIP to provide better service to beneficiaries.
