DDMPR earns P55.2M from office space lease

DDMPR Reit Inc., the listed real estate investment trust of the DoubleDragon Group, on Thursday said it had collected a rental deposit of P55.26 million for a 15,100-square-meter new office space lease.

The lease, with a total value of P798.81 million, is expected to contribute to DDMPR's 95-percent occupancy goal by the end of this year.
