Donaire acquires dual citizenship, feels 'whole now'

WORLD champion boxer Nonito Donaire Jr. said he felt 'whole now' after he acquired dual citizenship under Republic Act (RA) 9225.

Former natural-born Filipinos who were subsequently naturalized as United States (US) citizens may apply for dual citizenship under RA 9225, the the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
