SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go said the establishment of Super Health Centers (SHCs), an initiative that provides primary care, early detection of diseases and free consultations, among others, will make health services more accessible to Filipinos.

The SHCs are medium versions of a polyclinic and an improved version of a rural health unit. Go, chairman of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography, pushed for the establishment of such centers during the Duterte administration and continues to support their funding to bring medical services from the government closer to the people.
