A GOVERNMENT defense official said on Tuesday that China is using psychological warfare to confuse Filipinos on the issue involving the West Philippine Sea (WPS).

'We're stuck in the Chinese narrative; we tend to bite China's psywar. Remember, all of this is part of China's psywar because they wanted us fragmented as a nation,' National Security Council Assistant Deputy Director Jonathan Malaya said.
