San Carlos City school gutted by fire

BACOLOD CITY: A fire burned down a landmark school in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental Monday evening.

Chief Inspector Rufino Tañedo, city fire marshal, said initial investigation showed that the fire started at the accounting office of Colegio de Sta. Rita before it spread to the main building.
