ANOTHER feather was added to Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando's cap as he was awarded the Outstanding Local Chief Executive of the Philippines under its Provincial Governor Category for Luzon by the Association of Local Social Welfare and Development Officers of the Philippines Inc. (ALSWDOPI) on Tuesday, August 15, in Davao City.

Fernando received the award during the Gawad Parangal Awarding Ceremony at the SMX Convention Center in Lanang, Davao City, which coincided with the association's 26th National Social Welfare and Development Forum and General Assembly.
