Marcos names ex-Foreign Affairs chief Locsin as special envoy to China

PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has appointed former Foreign Affairs chief Teodoro Locsin Jr. as Special Envoy of the President to the People's Republic of China for Special Concerns, Malacañang announced Wednesday.

It was in September last year when the Chief Executive designated Locsin as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
