TWELVE more police officers, including the Navotas police chief, were charged administratively for the killing of a 17-year-old boy, according to a Facebook post by the Philippine National Police-Internal Affair Service on Tuesday.

This brings to 18 the number of policemen linked to the shooting of Jerhode Jemboy Baltazar last August 2. Six others are facing homicide charges.
