THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Department of Education (DepEd) office in Makati City signed on Monday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to conduct lectures in select schools in the city on the dangers of smoking and vaping.
The MMDA Health, Public Safety and Environmental Protection Office will facilitate the lectures.
