HEALTH reform advocate Dr. Anthony Leachon, who has just been named Special Adviser for Non-Communicable Diseases of the Department of Health, on Monday testified during the resumption of the Dengvaxia case at the Quezon City-Regional Trial Court (QC-RTC).
Leachon was grilled by the defense counsels who repeatedly asked him about his knowledge and participation, especially on the autopsy conducted by the Forensics Division of the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) on the bodies of at least two schoolchildren since he is not a pathologist, among others.
