AMID concerns over the pace of public spending, a Cabinet official said on Monday the government would be bankrolling some P6.1 trillion worth of infrastructure projects in Luzon alone.
The country's main island will be the primary beneficiary of the Marcos administration's infrastructure push, hosting 132 out of 194 high-impact infrastructure flagship projects worth a total of P8.3 trillion, Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno said during an economic briefing in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
