FILINVEST REIT Corp. saw its net income fall to P561 million in the first half from P706 million a year earlier, attributed to a decline in office leasing as more companies opted for hybrid work.
"Despite the challenges faced by the office leasing sector in the past 12 months brought about by the rightsizing and recalibrating of multinational tenants' hybrid work setups, the sector is resilient and headed towards recovery," Filinvest REIT President and CEO Maricel Brion-Lirio said in a statement on Monday.
