PBA Draft: Zavier Lucero at No.1?

The PBA Draft deadline is on September 10, less than a month away. Many big names for the PBA Draft have yet to submit their applications. Justine Baltazar is still a question mark, and the big possibility is that they are waiting for Converge to get the first pick.

Converge has made trades clearing their frontline, which means they are preparing for a frontliner, and it has to be someone like Baltazar. Perhaps the only thing missing is the guarantee that Converge can get one of the top 2 picks.
