(UPDATE) CRIMINAL charges have been filed against six policemen allegedly involved in the killing of a 17-year-old whom they mistook for a suspect they were pursuing, the Navotas City Police commander said on Sunday.
Col. Allan Umipig told The Manila Times that 27 of his men have been relieved from their posts and were directed to take a refresher course.
