SEN. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. said now is the time to act to help mitigate the effects of floods on communities.
"We need to act now to protect our communities from the devastating effects of flooding," said Revilla, chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Works, during his visit to Bulacan towns where flood control projects are being undertaken.
