SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David has formally announced that the construction of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx) extension will commence as soon as President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. gives his go-signal for the project.
In her state of the province address on Wednesday, August 9, Ortega-David said that the 59.4-kilometer (km), four-lane extension will start from the town of Rosario and end in the surfing town of San Juan.
