MORE than 5,000 farmers in Tabuk City received fertilizer discount vouchers worth P18 million from the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Office for City Agricultural Services (Ofcas) on Thursday, August 10.
According to Michelle Lumas-i, a member of the Ofcas team, the program targets rice farmers who own not more than two hectares of farmland and who registered under the Farmers Intervention Monitoring System (FIMS).
