THE southwest monsoon, locally known as "habagat," continues to bring rain to the country, especially in Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday.
"While there is no low pressure area (LPA) being monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), some remaining cloud clusters were seen in the eastern portion of Visayas and Mindanao," Pagasa weather specialist Patrick del Mundo said.
