Dela Rosa: Cement 'Sierra Madre' to shoal

SEN. Ronald dela Rosa suggested that the government cement the keel of the BRP Sierra Madre to the Ayungin Shoal to thwart any effort by Chinese maritime forces to remove it.

The derelict Philippine Navy ship was deliberately grounded in the shoal in 1999 to symbolize Philippine control over the West Philippine Sea.
