THE Department of Agriculture (DA) is now in talks with Vietnam and India for additional rice imports, Malacañang disclosed on Friday.
Said development came following the earlier directive of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to the DA to ensure sufficient rice supply at more affordable prices.
