Romualdez wins another chess medal in China

Danry Seth Romualdez, the lone Filipino entry at the 7th Eastern Asia Youth Chess Championship held in the Chinese island province of Hainan, bagged another medal in the 8-under category on Thursday.

Fresh from winning the bronze medal in the centerpiece standard chess event, the grade 3 student from MGC New Life Christian Academy captured the silver in the blitz event (3 minutes time control).
