Another window of opportunity awaits the young Filipino hoopsters as the East Asia Basketball League (EABL) launches its inaugural tournament next month.
EABL co-founder and chief executive officer Dr. Norman Afable said the tournament is called the Philippine Youth Basketball League 23-and-Under Open Invitational Conference.
