BACOOR CITY, Cavite: A civil engineer who had gone missing since July 7 was found dead in Bacoor, Cavite, police said on Wednesday.
Police identified the victim as Napoleon Fernandez, a civil engineer and a resident of Barangay Habay, Bacoor City.
