THE Cavite State University (CvSU) has inked a ceremonial memorandum of understanding (MoU) on various academic concerns and memorandum of agreement (MoA) on student's on-the-job training (OJT) with the Camarines Norte State College (CNSC).

The two higher education institutions (HEIs) agreed upon programs on exchanges of students, faculty and researchers, academic information and publications; joint research activities and organizers of international research and publications; and other exchanges of academic and cultural nature.
