(UPDATE) AFTER playing nearly 600 games with the Minnesota Wild, veteran Filipino-Canadian defenseman Mathew Dumba has signed with the Arizona Coyotes in the National Hockey League (NHL).

Dumba inked a one-year contract with the Coyotes in an announcement on Monday. Although terms of the deal were not disclosed by Coyotes general manager Bill Armstrong, reports said the contract was worth $3.9 million.
