(UPDATE) FORMER Interior Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin "Bebot" Diño has died after battling stage 4 cancer, his daughter, former Film Development Council of the Philippines chairman and Manila Times entertainment columnist Liza Diño-Seguerra confirmed in two Facebook posts on Tuesday. Diño was 66 years old and died at 2:15 a.m., surrounded by his family.
Diño-Seguerra said her father battled lung cancer for over a year.
