BBIX Inc. (BBIX), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. that operates an internet exchange (IX) business, will establish a joint venture with InfiniVAN Inc. (InfiniVAN), a subsidiary of IPS Inc. (IPS) that operates as a telecommunication company in the Philippines.
The joint venture's name is BBIX Philippines Inc. (BBIX Philippines) and thus provides IX services in the country starting September 2023.
