In honor of the 200th birth anniversary of one of the greatest Hungarian poets, Sándor Petőfi, and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Hungary and the Philippines, the Embassy of Hungary in Manila held a book launch for "Hindi Pagsisiil Ang Pagsibol - At Iba Pang Tula Mula Hungaria."
In partnership with the Ateneo de Naga University Press and the National Book Development Board, works of Sándor Petőfi and other famous Hungarian poets were translated in Filipino and five other Philippine languages.
