CITY OF MALOLOS: Indigent families from 17 towns and four cities of Bulacan who were affected by the southwest monsoon and typhoons 'Egay' and 'Falcon' stand to receive relief goods and financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

This was the assurance made during a meeting of Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and DSWD Secretary Rexlon Gatchalian on Saturday, August 5, at the DSWD Office in Quezon City. The two officials discussed the needs of affected families and other assistance to help them cushion the impact of the recent weather disturbance.
