Canadian nabbed for qualified theft, estafa

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The authorities here have arrested a Canadian for qualified theft and estafa on Wednesday, August 2.

The Olongapo City Field Unit of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said the suspect was identified as Gavril Daniel Todean, a 51-year-old Canadian currently residing at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
