1,301 MILF fighters decommissioned

THE Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front have set in motion the decommissioning of the 1,301 MILF combatants.

The completion of the third phase of the decommissioning started on Thursday, August 3, and will conclude on August 10, says Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity Sec. Carlito Galvez.
