Fire hits residential area in Manila

(UPDATE) FIRE broke out in a residential area in Manila late Saturday afternoon but was declared under control more than an hour later, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

The fire, which started at around 4:57 p.m. in Barangay 650, Intramuros reached fourth alarm at around 5:16 p.m. before it was declared under control at 6:40 p.m. according to Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) and BFP.
