Railway master plan to be finished in 2024

THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) expects to complete a Japanese-funded 30-year railway master plan by the fourth quarter of next year.

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has pledged about 300 million yen or P125.68 million for this purpose, the DoTr added.
