THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Region 3 Maintenance Division has reported that based on initial assessment, infrastructure damage wrought by Typhoon "Egay" in Central Luzon has reached an estimated P1.9 billion as of July 31, 2023.
The agency said in its social media post that the estimate was based on the consolidated Calamity Damaged Infrastructure Report of the DPWH-R3 Maintenance Division that highlighted the damage to infrastructure in various provinces in the region.
