Heavy traffic caused by flood hits NLEX

NLEX Corp. said its patrol and monitoring teams have been deployed since Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023, to help out motorists caught in heavy traffic caused by massive flooding at the Tulaoc area in San Simon, Pampanga.

The flood, triggered by the overflowing Pampanga river, resulted in heavy traffic in both north-bound and south-bound lanes inside the expressway.
